Student Wins Against Expulsion
Student Gary Tudesko, that was expelled from Willows High School for having shotguns stored legally in his truck OFF CAMPUS has had the expulsion reversed. In addition, the school has to pay Tudesko's costs to appeal including his NRA attorney.
One would hope the little nazi wannabe principal Mort Gievette would learn something from the event but I doubt it. One district official, Steve Olmos, was whining about not having jurisdiction over the boy off campus.
