Tactical Tomahawks

Everything is "tactical" these days. Its the cool new buzzword. We have tactical flashlights, tactical clothes, tactical radios, tactical holsters, tactical hats, tactical toothbrushes, tactical knives and even tactical carrying bags to put all of your tactical bling in. It makes perfect sense that we would also have tactical tomahawks. These are made by who else but RJM Tactical of course.

These are actually pretty cool. The only reason I don't have one is because for the same money I could buy a tactical handgun.

Holy smokes! For $300 I could buy an awful lot of the cheapies at the local surplus/camping store, and plenty of ammo!
    WHAT are these guys thinking!?

The military is buying it so the cost has to be well inflated or they won't consider it.

"A tommyhawk for modern combat use," they must be out of their minds.

I think its cool. Maybe we should issue them along with scalping knives and start paying our troops bonuses for collected scalps like in the old days.

Maybe you should have a picture contest where everyone sends in a photo of their fav. "combat hatchet". In Viet Nam I carried an ordinary short handled camp axe such as any good scout would. When I left I left it in the hands of my pltoon sgt. Today I would probably carry a carptenters ax with a hammer head on one end. Very useful fatwhiteman.

Very useful indeed. I think they should be issued to every infantryman.
